Principles of processing

3 · Technical operation
STRATO hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by STRATO. When a page is requested, the web server processes technically required connection data. This may include:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested page or file
- transferred data volume
- HTTP status code
- referrer URL, where supplied by the browser
- browser type, operating system and user agent
This processing is required to deliver the website, maintain technical security, detect abuse and investigate errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process the information you provide in order to respond. This may include your name, contact details, player name, Discord name and the content and time of your enquiry.
The legal basis depends on the subject of the enquiry and may be Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6 · External community service
Links to Discord
This website contains links to the LisaARK community on Discord. Discord is contacted only when you actively click a relevant link or button. We currently do not embed a Discord widget that connects to Discord when this page is merely loaded.
After clicking, you leave the LisaARK website. Further processing is carried out by Discord under its own privacy policy and may involve transfers to third countries.
7 · Presentation
Fonts and external resources
The current LisaARK design may load fonts through Google Fonts. This can establish a connection to Google servers and transmit technical information such as the IP address and browser details.
The fonts should later be provided locally or replaced with system fonts to avoid this external connection. This notice will be updated when that change has been completed.
8 · Disclosure
Recipients and international transfers
Technical hosting and delivery of the website.
Only after actively clicking a Discord link.
Only while the current external integration remains active.
Services based outside the European Economic Area may involve transfers to third countries. The relevant provider's privacy rules and transfer mechanisms apply.
